Why we collect your information
When you request an invitation, we collect your first name, email address, preferred language, profile, local area and campaign source. We use this information only to process your invitation request and to send KŌMØ White Coast news and invitations for which you have given consent.
What we do not collect
This community form does not collect health information, medical records, mobility data or any other special-category personal data. Please do not send health information by email to this community address.
Legal basis and consent
Marketing communication is sent only after you have actively opted in and confirmed your email address through a double opt-in flow. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.
Our service providers
We use Brevo to manage consented contacts and send communications. Your contact data is processed through Brevo solely for these purposes. The website itself is deployed through Netlify. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we retain information
We retain consented marketing contact data for as long as you wish to receive communications, subject to periodic review and deletion of inactive contacts. We retain a minimal record of consent where necessary to demonstrate compliance.
Your rights
